How does billing work?
All paid plans are billed annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you drop below a tier's player limit, you won't be able to add new players until you upgrade or remove existing ones.
Can I switch plans mid-year?
Absolutely. When you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Is there a per-player fee?
No. Every plan has a flat annual price with a player cap — no per-seat surprises.
What counts as a 'player'?
Any member of your group roster. Admins, organizers, and players all count toward your tier's player cap.
